Morocco has different weather depending on the region and season. Desert areas can be very hot during the day and cold at night, so it is best to bring light clothes for daytime and a jacket for the evenings.
You will spend several hours driving between some destinations, especially between Fes and Merzouga. The drives are long but full of beautiful landscapes and interesting stops.
Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended because many medinas, kasbahs, and historical sites are explored on foot through narrow streets and uneven paths.
The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Credit cards are accepted in many hotels and restaurants, but carrying some cash is useful in small towns and markets.
Morocco is a Muslim country, so modest clothing is appreciated, especially when visiting villages, religious areas, and traditional places.

Camel trekking in the Sahara Desert is a highlight of the trip. The ride is usually comfortable, but you can request a 4×4 transfer if preferred.
It is recommended to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a reusable water bottle to stay comfortable during the journey.
