This 10 Days Tour from Casablanca starts in the modern city of Casablanca and continues to Rabat and the magical blue city of Chefchaouen. You will also explore the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis and the historic city of Meknes before reaching Fes, one of Morocco’s most cultural and traditional cities.
In Fes, you will walk through the old medina with a local guide and see traditional markets, crafts, and historical sites. Then you travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifrane and cedar forests, before arriving in the Sahara Desert in Merzouga. Here, you will ride camels, enjoy the sunset over the dunes, and spend a night in a desert camp under the stars.
The journey continues through beautiful places like Todra Gorge and Dades Valley, where you will see mountains, rivers, and amazing landscapes. You will also visit Ouarzazate and the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah before crossing the High Atlas Mountains to reach Marrakech.
In Marrakech, you will explore lively markets, palaces, and historical sites with a local guide. At the end of the trip, you will return to Marrakech for your departure. This tour is a mix of culture, history, mountains, and desert adventure in one unforgettable experience.
Your 10 Days Tour from Casablanca begins when we pick you up from the airport in Casablanca. After meeting your driver, you will be transferred to your hotel to relax after your flight. Depending on your arrival time, you can start exploring the city and enjoy the modern atmosphere mixed with Moroccan culture.
Later, you may visit the beautiful Hassan II Mosque, one of the most famous places in Morocco. The mosque stands next to the Atlantic Ocean and has amazing architecture, large doors, and detailed decorations. After the visit, you can enjoy a walk by the Corniche area where you will find cafés, restaurants, and sea views. Overnight stay in Casablanca.
After breakfast, we leave Casablanca and drive to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. In Rabat, you will visit Hassan Tower, an unfinished mosque tower from the 12th century, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, known for its beautiful white marble and traditional Moroccan design. You will also explore the Kasbah of Oudayas, a peaceful old fortress with small blue and white streets and views over the ocean.
After lunch, we continue north through the green Rif Mountains toward Chefchaouen. During the drive, you will see mountain villages, farms, and beautiful landscapes. Once you arrive in Chefchaouen, you will have free time to walk through the quiet blue streets of the medina. The city is famous for its blue houses, local markets, handmade crafts, and relaxed atmosphere. Overnight stay in a traditional riad in Chefchaouen.
After breakfast, you will have some free time to enjoy the fresh mountain air and take more photos in Chefchaouen before we continue the journey. We then drive to Volubilis, the best preserved Roman ruins in Morocco. Here you can walk among old stone columns, ancient streets, and beautiful mosaics while learning about the history of the Roman Empire in Morocco.
Next, we travel to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. You will visit Bab Mansour, one of the most famous gates in the country, and enjoy a short walk in the old medina. After lunch, we continue to Fes, the cultural and spiritual heart of Morocco. Once you arrive, you can relax in your riad and prepare for the guided city tour the next day.
After breakfast, you will meet your local guide to discover the old city of Fes. The tour starts with a visit to the Royal Palace gate, known for its large golden doors and beautiful Moroccan design. Then you will walk through the old medina, one of the oldest and largest medinas in the world. The narrow streets are full of local shops, traditional markets, spices, carpets, and handmade crafts.
During the tour, you will visit famous historical places such as Al Quaraouiyine University, old madrasas, and the traditional leather tanneries where leather is made by hand using old methods. Your guide will explain the history and culture of the city while you enjoy the lively atmosphere of the medina. Later, you can enjoy panoramic views over Fes before returning to your riad. Today we leave Fes and travel south through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane, a clean and quiet town often called the Switzerland of Morocco because of its European-style houses, green parks, and cool weather. After a short break, we continue to the cedar forest near Azrou where you may see wild monkeys living in the trees.
We continue the journey through mountain roads and small Berber villages before stopping for lunch in Midelt. Later, we drive through the beautiful Ziz Valley with its palm groves and small oasis villages.
By the afternoon, we arrive in Merzouga at the edge of the Sahara Desert. Here you will ride camels across the golden sand dunes while enjoying the sunset. After reaching the desert camp, you will have dinner followed by Berber music around the campfire under the stars. Overnight stay in a desert camp.
Wake up early if you want to watch the sunrise over the dunes, one of the most beautiful moments in the desert. After breakfast, we begin exploring the area around Merzouga. You will visit small desert villages and meet nomad families living in traditional tents. This is a great chance to learn about their simple way of life and local traditions.
Later, we visit Khamlia village, famous for its traditional Gnawa music brought long ago from Sub-Saharan Africa. You will enjoy local music and learn more about the culture of the region. We also drive through black desert areas, old mines, and small oasis places near the dunes. In the afternoon, you can relax at your hotel or try optional activities like quad biking or sandboarding. After enjoying breakfast in the desert, we leave Merzouga and continue our journey toward the beautiful Todra Gorge. Along the way, you will pass small Berber villages, palm groves, and rocky desert landscapes. When we arrive at Todra Gorge, you will have time to walk between the tall canyon walls that rise high above the river. The area is very popular for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
After lunch, we continue through the Valley of Roses and different mountain villages until we reach Dades Valley. This valley is famous for its green fields, old kasbahs, and unusual rock formations. You can enjoy amazing mountain views and fresh air before checking into your hotel. Overnight stay in Dades Valley.
After breakfast, we travel along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward Ouarzazate. During the drive, you will see many traditional villages and old kasbahs built from mud and clay. We stop for photos and enjoy the beautiful desert landscapes along the way.
Next, we visit Ait Ben Haddou, one of the most famous kasbahs in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Many movies and TV series were filmed here because of its traditional architecture and beautiful setting.
After exploring the kasbah, we continue through the High Atlas Mountains and cross the winding Tizi n’Tichka Pass with amazing mountain views. By the evening, we arrive in Marrakech. Overnight stay in a riad.
Today you will discover the lively city of Marrakech with a local guide. The tour begins with visits to important historical places such as the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and the Saadian Tombs. You will also walk through the old medina where narrow streets are filled with colorful markets, spices, handmade crafts, clothes, and local products.
Later, you will visit the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, the heart of Marrakech. Here you can see street performers, musicians, storytellers, and food stalls full of local dishes and fresh juice. The city has a lively atmosphere both during the day and at night. After the guided tour, you will have free time to relax or explore the city on your own. Overnight stay in Marrakech.
After breakfast, you will have some free time in Marrakech depending on your flight schedule. You may enjoy a last walk through the medina, buy some souvenirs, or relax at a café before your transfer to the airport.
