On the first day of our 4 days tour from Casablanca to Chefchaouen via Fes, we’ll visit the city’s most notable landmarks—celebrated for their cultural, architectural, and historical value.

Continuing our journey from Rabat, we will head to the imperial city of Fes. En route, we will make a stop at Volubilis, the oldest Roman outpost in southern Morocco. Here, you can witness the splendor of the Roman Empire and admire the beautiful mosaics in the preserved ruins.

Next, we will pass through the city of Meknes, where we will take a leisurely stroll in the lively El Hedim square and the Medina. We will explore the city’s fascinating landmarks, including the Mausoleum Moulay Ismail, Sahrij Souani, and Bab el Mansour, the largest gate in Morocco. A lunch break will be scheduled in Meknes. Following lunch, we will continue our journey to the imperial city of Fes, where you will spend the second night of the tour.

Today’s itinerary is dedicated to exploring the captivating city of Fes. Founded by Idriss I in the 12th century, Fes holds the distinction of being the first imperial city established in Morocco and served as the capital during the Almohad era.

The city is adorned with intriguing sites and monuments, including notable landmarks such as Al-Qarawiyyin University, recognized as the world’s oldest university, Bou Inania Madrasa, a renowned theological college, the Jewish District (Mellah), plazas, Andalusian neighborhoods, pottery workshops, museums, traditional markets (Souks), and the vibrant Bab Boujloud gate. Fes is also renowned as the artisan capital of Morocco, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.

During your trip in Fes, you’ll have the opportunity to visit a renowned ceramic factory for a brief excursion. From there, you can relish a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Fes Medina.

After immersing yourself in the wonders of Fes, we will continue our journey until we reach our next destination, Chefchaouen. We will spend the night there, allowing you to rest and prepare for the adventures that await in the morning as we explore the enchanting blue city of Morocco.

After breakfast, enjoy on an exploration of the captivating town of Chefchaouen, Morocco’s most famous tourist attraction. Known for its calming atmosphere, Chefchaouen enchants visitors with its blue-painted Medina walls in varying shades of blue.

Once inside the Medina, make your way to the renowned Ras El Maa waterfall. Located atop a mountain, it offers panoramic views of the city and the surrounding mountainous landscape.

As you ascend, you’ll encounter notable landmarks such as Outa El Hamam, a square surrounded by inviting cafes and restaurants, providing a tranquil spot to unwind. Within the square lies the 18th-century “Kasbah,” a beautifully restored walled fortress featuring a charming garden.
